Recruitment Communications Specialist
- Overall responsibility of managing the customer relationship management system (CRM) for international and undergraduate department of Morehead State University.
- Responsible for training employees in use of CRM. Also accountable for responding to user questions and problems of members and providing suggestions to complete their job duties.
- Preform duties as extended IT and be the go to person for technical mater between the Admissions and Information Technology departments.
- Responsible for best practice research and implementation per software vendor’s recommendation and spearheading continuous improvement endeavors and upgrades.

- Participate in regular training, conferences and workshops regarding functional and configuration of software.
- Collaborate with software developers, cloud team and information technology to plan updates and preform all software validation testing.
- Establish and maintain documentation for configuration changes.
- Ensuring performance and troubleshoot integration problems between the CRM and ERP.
- Interpreting and editing Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 and 2016 environments.
- Responsible for system updates and upgrades while maintaining the integrity of the CRM and the privacy of both the internal and external user accounts.
- Demonstration IT functions, services and deployment of communication tools.
- Accountable for configuration of online application system to support and accomplish the enrollment goals of the university.
- Import and maintain prospect data develop and implement communication plans.
- Provide computer support, maintenance, along with hardware and software upgrades.
- Maintain knowledgebase of information regarding updates, and new and existing functionalities and be prepared to communicate and advise stakeholders.

Dynamics CRM Supports Specialist
- Design, administer and support Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 Application systems. Work with onsite staff to develop Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems so that they support the initiatives of the business.
- Responsible for administration of all servers related to the Microsoft Dynamics CRM installation.
- Environment management to synchronize Dev, Test, Int, Stage, and Production systems, manage promotions of code and work flows, and monitor environment.
- Provide technical support for systems and network issues as they relate to the Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems.
- Primary support of core Dynamics CRM Systems, to include deployment of configurations to core systems to support new and existing clients, core system upgrades and support of custom workflows and plug-ins within the CRM environments.
- Onboard new clients into Microsoft Dynamics CRM infrastructure.
- Maintain Dynamics CRM user account infrastructure and coordinate security of Dynamics CRM installation with Information Security Team.
- Backup Dynamics CRM Systems and coordinate backup process with the rest of IT.
- Cooperate with IT staff on all initiatives and participate in on call rotation.
- Other tasks and projects as assigned.
